WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
CANCELLATION POLICY
*If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 99% of the total cost.
*If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
*If you cancel 49 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time, you will not be charged.
*For anyone who would like to inquire more about a service before booking, I provide a consult session via phone call or in person at my studio for a $25 fee.
*Those who end up booking (within a reasonable timeframe) may use that fee as a credit for their service.
*I do my best to make you as comfortable as I can, as most of my services aren’t very relaxing on their own, but I can only do so much.
*If you have sensitive skin, you can expect to feel slight irritation while being lashed as well as 24-48 hours after your appointment.
*The fumes from the eyelash adhesive can cause irritation, both inside and outside of your eye.
*If irritation becomes too much or your eye starts to swell after appointments, it might be that you developed an allergy to the eyelash adhesive.
*I use sensitive medical grade tape, as well as an anti aging eye pad to secure the space between your upper and lower eyelids.
*It is your responsibility to keep your eyes closed during an eyelash service.
*The more still and calm you are, the faster and more concise I can work.
*Once I start a service, depending where on your body I am working, conversation may be limited or all together impossible.
*Please refrain from drinking coffee or alcohol prior to your appointment with me, as it can disrupt your service as well as make your skin extra sensitive.
*Please be aware of how much water you drink prior to an eyelash extension full set of any kind, as you will be laying flat for 2-3 hours.
